Refund Policy

1. REFUND & COMPLAINTS

As a digital personalized service provider, we adhere to United States of America and International laws. By submitting an order, you agree to waive your cancellation rights.

2. REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

All requests for refunds and formal complaints should be sent via email to: support@getarubacard.com

3. TIME FRAME

Upon accepting these terms and conditions and making your payment, you authorize the getarubacard.com data processing team to handle your application. A fee of $60.00 to $79.99 USD per applicant covers application confirmation, admission, error checks, and reimbursement for declined applications. The fee also includes 24/7 email support and advice. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from transaction declines due to exceeding the preset spending limit agreed with our bank. An administrative fee of $25 is retained to cover incurred costs.

4. SERVICE COSTS AND FEES

By accepting these terms and conditions and after successful payment, you are instructing aruba-edcard.online data processing team to process your ED Card application on your behalf. The $60.00 – $79.99 USD fee is charged per applicant and includes the following benefits; Confirmation Of Application, Admission and Error Checks On Application, Reimbursement For Declined ED Card Applications, 24/7 Email Support and Advice. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. An administrative fee of $25 is retained for costs incurred.

5. NO WAIVER

Failure to exercise any right or remedy in these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.

6. NOTICES

All notices and communications should be directed to us either by mail to our Premises or by email at support@getarubacard.com. Notices are considered received three days after mailing if sent by first-class post, on the same day if the email is received fully on a business day, and on the next business day if sent on a weekend or public holiday.
